spent most of this evening baling out the patio.

Standish isn't too bad for flooding but I have got very wet today in town. BBC say it's sun for the rest of the week some how I don't believe them.

I`v just seen the sky news and says 11 places have been given severe flood warnings, Wales being one of them.....I hope everything goes ok and keep yourself safe!!!
Hopefully it wont get to you though!
Think we are just unlucky that all the other gardens seem to drain into ours!
Anyway, compared to Yorkshire, we seem to have got away quite lightly.
not sure what the state of Wakeys pitch will be though.

I've just seen on the news, the pictures of Beverley near Hull, under about 3 feet of water. My mother-in-law lives in Beverley . Luckily she lives in a flat and I can't see her venturing outside in that weather. Unless she has a canoe!!
