I think he was accused of being biased towards Wigan at the start of his media career because of his links with the club and now he's gone too far in the other direction to try and prove he's not.

The venom with which he ripped into the club after they successfully argued the scale of deductions was too heart felt to not be true. Clarke is usually slightly less wooden than a Norwegian long boat - he meant what he said.

Phil Clarke's problems are mainly with DW fact thats why he appears anti Wigan don't think we will see him in any role while Wigan play at the JJB or DW is still around .

he is buying the club at the end of the season and was watching a match at the jjb a few weeks ago when quins were playing at home he came up to make a bid and watched the game.

OAM I dont believe this Edwards link... I for one would love Lydon to come back if Lenny's bid is successful and then once Noble leaves fro free will (ie, not been sacked and done the best job he could)... Id then like to see Edwards back here adding (hate to say) some RU tactics and fitness regimes (if applicable) to the future squad.

We can only dream i think dont get me wrong he always would be my first choice but i just cant see it.
