Have you heard yourselves.
GB lost because they are not good enough
A match is 80 minutes, and thats how long you have to play for...

Gutted..

They tried their best but their best was not good enough!Australia were shutting our talent down, like carney, radlinski, sculthorpe before we had a chance to do anything whereas we didnt shut lockyer or kimmorley down we let them run! Well done though, nice try! :(

I am sorry to disagree with you but i think that Sculthorpe has done Bugger all in the 2 matches.

Some players played their hearts out, but we will not beat the Aussies with pride. There were far to many players out there last night that simply shouldn't be playnig for their countries!

Forshaw, Connolly are both far to old. Horne (great player that he is) is just not a winger, Sinfield did nothing, McDermott is past it, at least Gilmour was dropped last night.

The England side played far better and several of that side should have been playing last night. You cannot say that they are inexperienced because most of them have been playing week in week out.

Waite should quit after next week and bring in Noble with Gregory as his assistant.

Stevo and Eddie kept saying how much we have improved since the Aussies put 60-odd past us, but the side last night is only rated as third rate bck in Oz. If this is the case then what are we????

And i am sorry to disagree with you also, but i dont think Noble should get the job because then Forshaw will never retire! Waite should quit though we have 1 specialist winger in the team 2 full backs and loads of loose forwards! Last night if waite knew he was going to change Newton Hudson should have been in the team! At one point there were 4 loose forwards on the field, but obviously only one was playing in their position!

if we don't play again for another 3 years we'll slip behind again. the only reason the aussies had that squad as second best not third was to get there excuses in, in case they lost. everybody goes on about johns not playing, but he has'nt played well all season and even if he had, how much better than kimmorley could he have done. all them players are good enough for state of origin and that is'nt second rate

It's very hard to win agame with a penalty count like that. Only 2 pens awarded and one of those for the ball going out on the full from the kick off. One of the pens given against us summed it up. One man only going back 8 yards and they didn't run towards him anyway. There would be more penalties than a game of RU if that was given all the time, so why only in front of our posts?

We didn't perform well after the break, but i was worried by the amount of defending we had to do in the last 15 before the break. While it only yielded 4 points, maybe it took a lot out of them.

picking the best british team isnt rocket science in theory all you do is find the winger who scored most points in super league if he is british he's in. and apply that to the rest of the positions this however is where we start to stray there seems to be a number of players who get into the team whether they play well or not!regardless of injury there always there until this attitude changes we will always be second sorry third best behind newzealand and the aussies
