It could be 5 times if we both get to the grand final, and probably should have been 6.. the CC final which we blew

Playing stains 5 or 6 times a year totally devalues it, when we lost to them at the safari park i thought oh well we play them again in 3 months, when we played them twice a year to lose 2 was inconcievable now it just doesnt bother me.

Look at it this way I love Bollinger, when i buy a bottle its a special occasion, I plan when i am going to drink it, and what we are goind to celebrate with it, if i had a fridge full it would taste the same but not be as special, and I wouldnt feel as sad when it was finnished

I tend to agree with you. However the full house signs keep going up. If this sort of fixture manipulation irratated the majority of fans they could sort it within 1 season STAY AWAY!!!!

Thinking back to black & white

Boxing Day, Good Friday (poss.) Challenge Cup, Lancashire Cup, (Poss.) Regal Trophy, Premiership, pre season friendly.

Did we really only ever play them twice a season?

Like mentioned it should really be 14 teams (widnes + Castleford unfortunately) so we play each other twice a season, home and away.

4 times against (unfortunately again) the best rugby leagu side currently around is a major disadvantage to wigan... warrington play salford 4 times.. lets say we lose against saints, we lose 8 points... warrington may gain 8 points from beating salford 4 times (i dont know previous results, tis an eg)... in reality we should have lost 4 points to saints this season.

TBH I wasn't bothered about the points dropped due to playing Saints 4 times since we had HKR 3 times and look what happened!!
