I am glad most people who have posted on this thread hope that everything works out for my cousin, and nobody more so than myself!!

I am just hoping that he doesn't do anything daft because he likes drink!! He hasn't answered my texts for a couple of days either.

As someone else has suggested I am the only friend that my cousin has got at the moment.

I am sorry for starting the thread in the first place then waterside glens!!

did the company follow all the right procedures? verbal warning first, written warning then dissmised. if they havent done this he could be entitled to sue for unfair dissmisal. go to the citisens advice in wigan and ask the question.
