yes wigan conceded a lot of penalties but if you didn't see them being given in the flesh, how canb you comment if they were justified or not?

I am just going off what the radio commentator said about Hewer, because the commentator was complaining about every penalty that Hewer gave both to Hull and Wigan.Spanakopitta posted:
