I am nervous about turning up on Monday.
I don't know what to expect.
We have been hammered in the first 30 minutes of our last 3 away games by penalties against, if we don't get penalised, or as much, by the referee it will look like the refs are homers, bending to the home crowd. I know that the first penalty against Wigan for off side will set off the biggest booing racket you will have heard for many a year.
Supporters are not enjoying the game, they are not nervous about the opposition like they should be, they are nervous about the referee and it shouldn't be like that.
I am not enjoying my rugby, the game is being ruined, I want to be entertained, and after 45 years if I walk away I will not be coming back. :(

Pretty disgusting performance and embarrassing towards the end. It's pretty dreadful to be goaded by those St Helens B*****D fans before the end. To put up with performances like that and still keep turning up we must be the most loyal fans anywhere. Even without the bent referee we were not going to win that one. Some of the more influential players need to look at themselves Barrett Fielden etc.I am still prepared to stick by Noble but for how long I don't know. At the end of the day they were a class above us.

Spot on Morph. Those teams of old played with pride, they played for the fans, the people who turned up week in week out away and at home. This team is lacking pride, they don't deserve to wear the shirt and they most certainly do not deserve to loyal fans who try to lift them with the songs and chants. :exc:

Even the teams of old did have the occasional blip now and again ,Compare with a top class cricketer batsman he does not make a century every time he comes to the wicket. They are not superhuman alwright they are pro footballers but at the least you would expect them at least to turn up.I think the problem at Wigan we are not fit enough and do not train with ball in hand its alwright training in the gym on weights but we need to do more on the pitch.I think the Wires fans were right when Mike Forshaw came as fitness coach they said that he made the Wires players slow and thats what is happening at Wigan .Millward's coaching was ball in hand on the training pitch score more trys than the opposition running and cardiovascilar traing was his forte we all know what happened all the injuries to legs through running on treadmills.Noble comes along gets rid of all the treadmills and puts weights in their place building muscle so less injuries but lose yards .

Everyone keeps attacking the refereers. Theplayers and coaches know what the offside rules are, keep behind the the line or you will be penilised. why don't they do it.

i got plenty of stick from my uncle in the local club after the game and to be fair after a performance after that he was right to give me some. not one of the players looked bothered and were probly more interested in the pay packets at the end of the week. everyone of the players has to raise there game massively to gain back even a pitence of belief and support from the wigan fans who week in week out watch the tram
