I don't think Bailey did enough to deserve MoM, and although Carmont played well, I think there were better players than him. Richards & Colbon in particular. I'd have given it Colbon, not only for his two tries, but he was always coming in looking for work, and steady in defence (especially in that period just before half time when they were kept out for 4 successive sets.

i must say - and i haven't seen much of it - a bit of praise must go to Barrett for last night!
for me it was the first time he's turned up all season! he gave us a little more leadership and direction, he put himself about!
fingers crossed Trent can build on last night and we can see the Barrett of last year!

He would find it hard to make my 13 when Hock returns...looks very ordinary.
Richards, Carmont and Mcllorum all outplayed him from where I was sat.
Richards was excellent

, as was Carmont and McIlorum. TBH i hadn't noticed Bailey up until they annouced him as MOM :conf:

to be fair to barrett this year every time he takes the line on and looks for his runners theres nobody there for him ,you look at pryce or mcguire whichever way he decides to pass theres someone there on his side those things make a standoff look good you dont go from a good one to a bad one over night
