Just dont see how pat richards can be man of steel. He hasnt done anything spectacular for us really this season has he.

Neither did last years man of steel.
Everyone seems to be overlooking the fact that none of the previously mentioned players wear St Helens shirts, so they cannot possibly figure in the reckoning.
If the last couple of seasons are anything to go by, it will be pre ordained by McManus and co.

way too soon to be talking about!


Last season TB almost won it on the back - in reality - of the last half a dozen games where he was simply by a long way the best player in the competition.
You could not honestly say that was how it was over the full course of the season.

of all those mentioned who have had massive starts to the season they need to keep playing to that standard all year and that is a big ask.
In terms of being MOS its probably better to come good at the right time to impress the judges.
