What about doubt going to the attacking team? Didn't see that happening
I think in the Craig Smith situation the decision went their way because his hand was facing their line when the ball hit him and he definately made a play for it.

If the ball strikes your hand and your hand is facing their line surely the only way the ball can go relative to your hand is forward. I hate to say it but they got it right.

I didnt actually mean that incident.

I meant when the ball was pulled out and newton went over and scored, it was then passed on and no try given.

and the other try when newton passed the ball any brown scored only to be pulled back for a forward pass.(that was never forward)like i said if the game wasnt fixed it appeared to be fixed.lam flattend every time he kicked on the last no pinishment, brown twice tackled high no punishment, three try's dissalowed, and to top it off two stains players already under investigation for match fixing, all we are missing is a partridge in a pear tree!

Yeah, I've often wondered if Stevo gets a twitch if he says the word try rather than spelling it out.

well said next door. stevo would lose his house every week but at least no one really knows who he played for.the question of does it really matter who the ref is the answer is a great big "YES."if the rfl can't pick 4 people with no conections to either the clubs playing or the towns concerned its time to bring over more aussies!(and we don't want to do that)but you cant have any biase in top flight leauge and the only way to do this is people who have no loyalties to any of the teams playing.
