If you are of a certain age/lifestyle nothing. If you are trying to attract teenagers to 25 year olds everything. Hence, why JD sports is still making a profit and JJB is not.

However you look at it a lot of people in wigan depend on JJB for a job. Lets hope they can turn the business around for there sakes :conf:

Very true Fuji more than ever in this day and age.

I may be wrong but I would think the most unprofitable stores would be under threat first.

JJB was one of the first stores to go nationwide along with Inter Sport and Sports Division who ultimately got bought out.

JD do nothing flash they have a certain kind of market (chavs) and dont go silly expanding stores eg golf departments, bike huts etc...
