Widnes have been talking to Andrew Thornley although he may stay until he completes his university course. Sam Gee is going to Wigan Rugby Union. I believe Tuson when fit will move and Rhoden and Priest may not be retained. Brindle will leave too.

We could have lost Lee Mossop. His signing was protracted with other clubs very interested. Thankfully he re-signed.

Good signing for a NL club IMO. Solid hard working grafter with a nice thickset build.

John Walker and Ross Bradley will probably be leaving too.

National League two side Workington Town have signed Wigan prop Tommy Brindle and Salford loose forward Mark Hobson on one-year deals.

Brindle, 21, impressed in the Warriors' reserve grade this season and played a major part in the Reserve Grade Grand Final title win on Saturday.
