Just found out because I booked on line, it's non refundable (and I booked it for tonight not Friday)!!!

good news is they have changed the booking to Friday.
Need 10 more names, so if you can all spread the word I would be most grateful. If more than 20 it's not a problem as long as I let them know

Excellent as that brings me up to 13, need 7 more to cover the cost, so spread the word (presume your 3 does not include Gemma)
