I think Amos has come over here from an injury, and is legitimately trying to get himself up to speed.
What seperates Amos from Smith & Riddel, is that Amos wants to play his best, however Bi-Polar & Piggy are not interested in the Wigan club.
As many people have commented on this web-site, We have better youngsters than the so called super stars. McIllorum at 9 & Sam at 6. Send the garbage back to the Southern Hemisphere.
It gripes me when you see a team performing poorly, yet one player sticks out a mile. The Wire are not performing, but Micky Higham is looking like the best No 9 in SL. Which idiot decided he was surplus to Wigan's ambitions, and sold him on.

Spot on will give the pig a little longer he's a big lad and is coming off a bigger injury than Roberts.

Mickey tries hard but grafts not everything, he was shocking for Wire Friday (NOT ON HIS OWN), stupid penalties bad passing and dropped at least three balls.
I think what it does highlight is the amount of effort much more talented players put in and in that regard they could learn a lot from him . I liked Mickey but he is not a great player he is a grafter who gives his all a most like able trait .

I would pick PHIL vievers before Mathers. Hell, I would have Rocket Ronnie Braithwaite or Jimmy Birts back before I would entertain Mathers ever again in a Wigan shirt!
Mathers only attribute is that when he gets sent off the rest of the team are at an advantage!!

Roberts looked good last night - the highlight being the intercept.
Mathers was in his best position last night too - not in a Wigan shirt.
Riddell looks like Chris Moyles and plays like talentless fat boy johnny vegas did for stains a couple of years ago.
Matthew we are having a crack down on swearing. Whilst I share your sentiments. Not on the website. Thanks
