the joy of trains, as i use them to the majority of the games and i have many a time ran for the train after the game, luckily i have a bit of time now to get back for the train back home

more like the wigan jog, its only a jog because i wouldnt be able to sprint further then half way

thats what i do, the amount goes down to how we are doing throughout the game

I don't do running/jogging any more! Those steps up over the footbridge kill me even at walking pace...
