Jim Sullivan seems like an amazing coach. John Monie might technically come out as the most successful coach but you have to wonder how Monies stats would compare if he was at the club from 20 years. Also you have to consider that Sullivan's team was disrupted by the War but after the war managed to rebuild the team into a very successful team.

Apparently Dave, Sully was a tactical genius and a brilliant man manager to boot. Throw in his esteem gained from being such a great player and he seems luike the perfect coach.

20 years at a club takes some doing. Wayne Bennett is the only other to have done such a stint.
