Henry Paul for me against Stains at Central Park , when he dropped kicked the ball from under his own sticks and caught the ball and scored under the scums posts , never seen it before or since .

(he didn't kick it, though..in fact he was 5 yards offside... )

Though sadly we went on to lose to Bradford in the Grand Final, my personal favourite was scored by Brian Carney at Headingley in the play-offs in 2003.
Fielding the ball about 5m from Wigan's try line, he handed off several Leeds tacklers before side stepping through the defence and eventually clearing their full back with 40 m to go.
Very exciting and one of the very best individual efforts - and I was there to watch it in the flesh as well.
