it was the first round of the season and the refs have focused on quick play the balls all weekend. All we can do is play to the ref and if you can make more yards running in a straight line then that's what teams will do unfortunately. We scored some great ball-handling tries last year and once the novelty of penaltythons hopefully wears off in the next few weeks, we'll start playing with much more flair. Don't forget that in the early part of last year we very rarely offloaded. Regardless of what happens with the rules I'm confident we have the best overall squad and the best coach to train us to deal with ref's interpretations.

silverwood is bentham with a wig on , both teams commited the same offence yet only wigan was penalised ,silverwood had 3 good games last season(the last 3 )so he could ref the grand final ,i agree we missed deacon when he went off last night we didnt have much leadership

And our disipline was terrible, no excuses for this draw because it feels like a defeat.

We would have been in major strife with Piggy. Even more Feka. In a game where you have little possession and spend the game tackling the last thing you want are passengers. I am sorry but if you think those players were not fit heaven help you.
The discipline? i think I saw one silly foul by Joel. What game were you watching?

just seen a quote in the paper saying james childs set a new super league record awarding 37 penalties in the cas/wakey match-unbelievable if it continues like that you wont have to worry how we're playing there will be no-one there to watch it, shame on you super league officanado's
how many penalties!!!
