I used to play a match as a junior involving two teams containing players from the same school. I was like a love in, not a physical contest. We used to be awful in this match. I did not attend the school concerned and captained my team. I was sent off in this fixture on several occasions. We never lost the fixture if I was sent off. The obvious answer was but you were garbage so it did not matter but the other answer was that my team woke up and started remembering this was a contest and forgot the opposing team were their friends. Some of the opposing team wanted to kill me but hey all is fine, as long as we won.

So here's the question... when Joel gets his ban from the RFL on Tuesday, will there be any appeal from the club due to the fact that you can garauntee the incident would never have occured were it not for the incompetant actions of that stupid git without a clue in the middle.

I'm going to give the RFL a buzz tomorrow and ask for the contact details of the person in charge of refereeing... it's about time The RFL started answering to the people who pay them... the fans!

Thats terrible CP, so what your saying is to tell a young lad if your team is doing bad just have a fight and then run a ball in with your elbow up and get sent off leaving your team a man down. Rubbish. we won the game ..Brilliant! what now, Joel gets a two match ban maybe even three, Have you seen who we have got next?? another first team player out! what would you have been saying if Tickle ahd have kicked that penalty ??

thanks CP. Bearing in mind that Ganson's inactivity during the game muchly ruined my enjoyment of the game, and could put people off the game, thus lowering the profile of the game... the RFL SHOULD be sitting up and taking note.

If i was a first timer today, i'd probably not come to another game...

I think it all came from frustration.
Ganson was giving Hull an easy ride, eventually the players will have enough and start protecting themselves.
How many times did O'loughlin push players off the tackle? Why? Because he was sick of Ganson letting Hull lie on in the tackle for as long as they want!
Agars comments in the post match interview are a disgrace and I agree CP.....it is about time we spoke out!!
I would love to hear Madge come out and say
"Hull came here to spoil/scrap/fight, if the referee isn't strong enough to deal with it then my players will protect themselves"

No, it's an aggressive sport and tempers are bound to flare, it's not like it is something he does every week.
