that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

4.00 I have Watneya Ryan Moores only race in the day good form and a little hidden from the cappers so good odds.

4.35 I also have Rock the Stars

My Longshot of the day (small EW for me), Blue Ridges, E/W, York 2.10
I dont usually bet in the Maidens but Silvetre De Sousa is more than capable on a horse with extremely good EW odds and Al Mcabe doesnt have a horse in this race which also swung it as he is on fire with 2 year olds in the maidens at the mo.

To be fair I pick an horse in every race but I bet on very few but what it does is gets you familiar with jockey form and trainer for as well as knowing the horses but its still hard to pick them. I usually have around a 35% strike rate but its backing 1 in that 35% thats the hard part and whether the odds are good enough, I dont usually bet in maidens or on short favs but its all fun and games.

One thing I would say if you are having a flutter at the moment is in the Maidens Al McCabe is on fire with his 2 year olds and Cathy Gannon is on a good streak so if shes riding anything half decent it may be worth a couple of quid!
