Could never really understand the huge song n dance about 'smart phones' I have a basic pre-paid Samsung phone that gets used for text - work phone calls when needed & an occasional happy snap on the run. Phone cost $90 & a recharge of $30 can last me a month :conf:
I've noticed "post made by Iphone" etc appearing below posts on some forums :doz:
I'm a tad more relaxed

I hav had my iphone for 7 months now and its the easiset phone i have ever had. My dad has a blackberry and he thinks thats the easiest he has had. I suppose its personal choice really. Go into shop and have a play with the phones you are thinking of and that may help you to make your mind up

If he didn't, he wouldn't have asked. Why not just answer his question?
Firstly KW calm down, I think jobo can post for himself, secondly, iPhone is Inglis and Blackberry is Thomas, in my humble opinion!
Hope that response is upto your satisfaction KW!

iPhones are miles better than blackberry absolutely no contest whatsoever. Leaving my blackberry in the cupboard and getting an iPhone was best thing I ever did. Have also used sanding galaxy and the iPhone is in a different league to all of them. Other than updating the system which from now on doesn't require a computer, my laptop hasn't been used since I got my new iphone

The outrageous cost of every telco service in Australia,(not to mention lack of coverage/access outside of major population areas),makes internet access via a mobile phone a VERY costly exercise.
So for me as a driver the mobile phone is a work tool that is only really useful when I have no radio,(two way) available.
And the laptop is something I have at home or when travelling for personal use.
