The reason it was a day late is because the new sponsor on the back was only signed off late last week , therefore all the new sponsor badges for the new company had to be pressed onto the back of each shirt individually before any shirts could be sold/ taken if pre ordered .

Some folk need to step back a little and give the club some credit , it's one day , but the new sponsor will no doubt bring more revenue into the club .

Really? I know people who've booked 2 weeks off work to buy and play a computer game!

They're having a laugh, £47 for a shirt, the game isn't premiership football, they won't be getting this increased revenue from this mug. :angry:

Compared to the Kooga kit, its a much improved design/quality and only a couple of quid more on release.

If you are comparing it with a football shirt, its a no brainer - they are just glorified tee shirts with barely anything to them. A friend had a Liverpool shirt from last year & after a couple of washes was in tatters, it was so thin. And these were £45 !

Just seen the Away shirt - no one can surely complain about that one with all the effort of design that's gone into it. Also, for the good of the club's finances, who we all support, the revenue they take from Replica wear is vital to maintain our worth in the salary cap issues - we lose out to Wolves, Leeds, etc in Marketing values due to them owning their own grounds. So by refusing to buy the shirt of the team you support does not help us compete on a level playing field with our competition who own their own grounds.

regarding football shirts alot ov technology goes into making them and are better quality for the replica shirts we buy for rugby. The cost is £40 for most shirts as they manufacture a ridiculous amount compared to us. We're in the same boat as Union pricewise... Get shafted.

So how do far flung fans like me who are season tickets holders get a discount? If I have to drive to Wigan to get it given the price of petrol that kind of defeats the object.

Be grateful you aren't buying an NRL jersey :(
47GBP = $74AU - BARGAIN !!
I could buy that - Have it delivered to Melbourne by Air mail,(Around $30/40) & still come under this -
Storm Home jersey from the club.
