Honestly cant see this happening. Is Chase not still on his suspended sentance from back home/ With this I would think that a work permit would be hard to get, as his current one is ok until changes club/job

He doesn't need a work permit. As I understand it and because of his circumstances he now has residency in the UK

Undoubtably on his day, Chase is a fantastic player, but will he be consistent enough?

Also, do we need a half back who is going to march us around the pitch, like Finch? Are either Smith or Chase going to be able to provide this type of organisation?

If Shaun Wane is involved in the transfer then obviously he must see something in him that as convinced him he is good enough to play for wigan we will just have to trust him. Personally I have never been sure about him, iv seen him have good games and really liked him and actually thought I wouldnt mind wigan signing him. I've also seen him have poor ones and thought maybe not. If this signing does happen we will av to just see and trust SW and IL.

The same can be said about Tommy when playing for London ot Sam Panapa before we signed him from Sheffied and what great players and clubmen they turned out to be!
