Don't know if its still the case but Australia's Immigration Policy used to be blatantly racist. No Blacks. No Asians. Just looked into it and it would appear to have been relaxed since I was at school but White Australian Policy was vigourously enforced from its introduction in 1901 to the latter half of the 20th century. Bottom line is Australia does not want an influx of blacks.
