Hughes gven 4 but Thornley given 17 is to me an indication that they will both get a go pre-season / early season to stake a claim, but as Jack has been playing first team lots last year it makes more sense to put him as the 1-13 number based on the criteria SW indicated.

Tuson 16 is a shock to me. I wasn't especially impressed with him last season. I would have had Dudson or Prescott in that shirt probably.

If he picks by performance numbers are irrelevant. Play for places. Given he has given the boys the starting numbers they have to perform. Hock, Gelling, Thornley and Tucson will all be out to prove a point. It's a motivator.
