I think since this message board has got more users now you can all offer me a drink that my mum will buy and I can use you all as an excuse to get drunk tonight.

Re the NHS you are quite right - inexperienced leadership, poor replacement staff, restrictive salary situation.... hold on I'm getting confused again...
