Completely agree. He is utter garbage.cpwigan wrote:Some were bigging him up BUT he is absolute garbage. He runs at a snails pace yards behind everybody as if he has a King Richard The 3rd in his shorts!! He never looks to run hard through tackles etc He is S***E !!!
They were the two worst players by miles IMO.God wrote:Lauaki was poor but lets be honest so was Green IMO he should be nowhere near a Wigan shirt let alone starting berth he is SSSHHHIITTEEE!!!
No he's not but the writing is on the wall Wane has him penciled in for no. 1 IMO. There is always talk of FB being different these days but even so he's just not big enough but he is potentially a very dangers half back.Powell is poor as well way too lightweight. Really not sure whats happened too Mossop either same time as last year too he was anonymous tonight.
Hampshire IS NOT A FULLBACK.
I thought Hampshire showed a lot of effort running the ball out but just isn't big enough to break tackles. He was not good enough at the end of the day in the no. 1 position but it wasn't due to being a poor player. I think he was on a bit of a hiding to nothing. I am more concerned about players like Green who are supposed to be established first team players.RobWigan wrote:Hampshire- Awful tonight, did nothing running the ball back and Powell looked nowere near the class needed
Green is the big worry for me. Looked completely out of sorts last night.DaveO wrote:I thought Hampshire showed a lot of effort running the ball out but just isn't big enough to break tackles. Powell is a good prospect but like any half back is only as good as his pack as was proved last night when their pack outplayed our pack and made their half backs, especially Robinson look like world beaters. As for Green, he has not been the same player since he came back from injury and at the end of the day, Hampshire is a Stand Off and not a full back.jobo wrote:Green is the big worry for me.
