You are not entitled to get up from your seat umpteen times during the course of a match and disrupt those around you, spoiling their afternoon for the sake of I am told very poor beer, which is also expensive.

2011 was spoiled for me by 4 young piss heads getting up / down going to the bar / toiled and hardly watching the game. If I go to a RL match I go to watch a game of RL. I rarely eat or drink during the game. Why would anybody waste money on a match ticket if all they intend doing is drinking alcohol to the point they miss large amounts of the game due to not being in their seat or being impaired by alcohol.

If people want to drink alcohol, there is a place called a pub!

Oh you might find that you will trip of my leg /foot when walking past if you want to ruin everybody elses pleasure in such a selfish way. The alcohol will mean you cannot be certain how it happened and you will not feel pain immediately. Afterwards probably more

Like I say if people want to drink themselves silly, go to a pub; I like many go to watch a game of RL

As will I Rob. Personally, I like to enjoy my pint in a warm pub but as I've learned, over the years, there are many who enjoy theirs sitting in a freezing cold stadium. Live and let live is my motto!

Rob I had a bloke in the row in front of me who got up about 6-8 times during the game.

Now I like a beer and have a couple during a match but no more as I would be embarrassed disrupting people around me to get rid of the end product.

There were quite a few people over the age of 50 near me spending more time p1ssng than watching the game. What's the point of that?, and it's selfish!

It would be a sad day if that happened. The reason ale is allowed at rugby games, the reason local pubs are allowed to open is that rugby fans can generally enjoy a pint without needing to kick someone's head in!

That would explain some of your rather silly comments regarding players, team, etc., beer goggles can have a massive effect on reality, ask anybody who has lost a relative to a drink driver?! Not exactly the same scenario but certainly a modification of behaviour and logic is caused by ale, whereby nobody else matters!!
