I said last week after the Leeds game we would win this game.
I said at half time that I was in no doubt, we would come back & win.
Keep the Faith & I did

Don't get too down Wire. Maybe you'll do it next year at your 59th annual attempt!

I never thought we were done for, we created enough chances in the first half to be in control of the game. We could and should have put 50 on Wire tonight.

We had chances. Wire had made all their tackles and taken great advantage of a 10 minute golden period. Other than that we were making chances and were well in it.

At 16-2 i thought it was done and dusted. But at 16-6 and early in the 2nd half it was noticeable that the Wire players were tiring.
Briers put a kick into touch on the 42nd minute from a position where he could have put us on our try line and they looked knackered from that point on. You could see it coming from that point on and some of the Wire players looked and played their age. I think they thought they could stroll the 2nd half and took their foot off the gas and we upped the pressure and they could not live with it.

Before the game I was a glass half full.
At 16:2 I didnt give us a chance and thought our heads would drop with even more dire pressure.
When dog boy went off after colliding with paddy's hip I thought we would pepper bridge with balls with snow on.
At that time I said to my girls that warrington sometimes hit a flat patch early on in the second half and boy they did with the barrage of pressure our boys put on them.
No quarter given, no quarter taken and the rest is history.

After watching the game another 3 times today, we owe a big thank you to Matty Smith for regathering his charged down kick at 16-6, we then went and got a penalty and try straight from it.
