Re: ENGLAND
He needs to stop making a place for Sinfield full stop
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

Was the game televised anywhere?

So where you sat just behind Lockers and Benny Westwood?josie andrews wrote:I had my England shirt on![]()
Was sat behind the dugout, side of the tunnel, so was great:
lol i me and Kai went up to Lockers so he could sign Kai's RLWC ball, then Ben had the cheek to be all friendly and sign it also. Good job it wasn't Kai's Wigan ball don't think i could of held the little lad back from giving him a beating.
Be's always been friendly and likeable of the pitch just a shame he plays for a shit club
Re: ENGLAND

But you edited my comment to suit your own purpose.Kaii wrote:This does "Just goes to show some of the players Mcbanana has fielded are clearly not form players. Crow bar Sinfield in the squad and playing second rowers in at centre is a joke."Kittwazzer wrote:Why does God's attendance affect the validity of his comment?Kaii wrote:Did you go the match?
Since it wasn't televised, establishing that you actually seen the thing you comment on makes sense. As someone on here once mentioned to a common poster who complained "so you never went, end of discussion"
"End of Discussion"!
Re: ENGLAND
I didn't go, but comments I've seen from journos and fans who did go on twitter etc. suggest that the players attitude wasn't really up to it. If there was complacency and poor attitudes then that should have been washed away by the result.
I think part of the issue might be that they already have an idea of who will play v Aus regardless of yesterday's game and the players who were fighting for a spot kept getting changed throughout the game so no-one could get much going. That is based on the regularity substitutes appeared to happen from tweets.

Wished he been signed as a youngster by Wigan as he is a great player and captain in spite of playing for the Whino'sjosie andrews wrote:He needs to stop making a place for Sinfield full stop![]()

I was sat behind them but at the end next to the tunnel wall, wish I could sit somewhere like that every match had some good banter with everyone 'official', even McBanana ...... until we lostKaii wrote:So where you sat just behind Lockers and Benny Westwood?josie andrews wrote:I had my England shirt on![]()

Re: ENGLAND
Shocked England lost but not surprised that the Italian Team has proved capable of playing winning Footy.
A lot of names in the Italian team , surprised no one has really talked about them as a tough side to beat given their roster.
If the England coach thought he could win while constantly changing your spine then no wonder it turned into a banana skin game.
That result over Samoa begs the Question about selection.
Today ( 3am here ) the Cook Islands have the chance to play the next giant killer.
Great for the game if they catch NZ off guard.
