Who cares what DB says in a post match interview - I don't. All I care about is the team, and seeing it develop. We are a top 3 side and the table doesn't lie.
Lets stop looking for reasons to bitch and moan, and be supportive of what the team and everybody at the club have done in the last 3-4 weeks. Be true fans and give encouragement, rather than constantly finding fault. Be happy because we have had a wonderful Easter weekend.
Good post. I also have absolutely no interest in Betts' public speaking skills, or really anything he has to say. It's what happens on the pitch that matters, or behind closed doors in training when you know he's not going to talk in the same way as he does to the press. Let's give the poor guy a break, it must be hard for him not to know who's fit to play from one day to the next in order to do any kind of match preparation but this weekend he's come up with the goods. It's one thing to criticise when we're not doing well, and even then it's only fair if it's naive tactics or poor substitutions rather than bad handling which is only the fault of the players, but it's ridiculous to keep on having a go when things are working out well.

Well put Doug - and cheers Fraggle.
Denis more than held his own in a team winning for a decade, and he comes across with some decent points. He has the same mentality as 'Mean Dean', and some of his phrases in the programme's are very thought provoking. If teams are equally matched physically then the difference is the mentality of the individual and the collective whole. If DB and the rest of the coaching staff can instill the right mentality (as it appears to be right now), we will not be far off being a top class side, which wins!.
On another note (and be honest). Over the weekend who actually thought about Faz! I for one didn't at any time during any of the 2 games. This is not to say I don't think his contribution to the club is at any way at fault - just trying to get across that the team is in good hands with the youngsters Dean is producing. If there is one person we should ensure stays at Wigan it is Dean. He has created the current Leeds side, and he will create the future Wigan champions side

Good point - the only time I thought about Faz was when his piccy came up on the big screen on Friday.
Deano was a star when he was playing, and is producing even more stars now!

That's called tautology.
Anyway, even if he did manage to find one that could write, they'd write in scouse.
