Botica is the best one I've ever seen.

Botica was amazing but he was limited re distance. I never saw him but Jim Sullivan.

Botica had the accuracy and most RL people believe he was the best ever.
My father used to say Sullivan was a great kicker though I never saw him.
Two who always seemed to be brilliant were Bernard Ganley of Oldham who I do remember never seemed to miss. Also Neil Fox who was accurate but who could kick with great distance and height on his kicks too.

Botica could convert tries ,but not long distance penalties. As I recall, lydon would kick anything within reason, especially in the most important matches. He won us cup ties!!! A great RL player and Wigan great, unlike Edwards who was a great club player but lacking at TEST level.. note, in training sessions nobody was better than RYAN GIGGS,son of D. Wilson ,a rugby league player in my youth at kicking a rugby ball. BESTS

Bots for me too. I always loved how they just scraped over whether from 20 or 40 yards.

Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan
