Agree med, I lived and worked in east Asia for 2 years, I don't believe for one minute what has resurfaced.
South Koreans, as in my example, look down (generally) and don't treat well any neighbours, in particular those who are poor and dark complexioned. It's rife.

CPWigan, I teach, I've taught and lived all over the world.
England is the least racist place I know.
It's pathetic, see them in their own back yards and they treat less-privileged neighbours terribly.
He should just say nothing, maybe it's his age.

Imagine, somebody goes online or outside to do some 'real' shopping and buys a copy of Love Thy Neighbour (for example).
They get home and are appalled by what they see/hear.
Are they then within their rights regarding laws on anti-victimisation, to complain to the police?
What happens then, a flurry of arrest warrants for the head of the BBC at the time, director, producer, writer, offending cast?
