Don't forget you can't be racist to the English, though.
Them's the rules!

Agree med, I lived and worked in east Asia for 2 years, I don't believe for one minute what has resurfaced.
South Koreans, as in my example, look down (generally) and don't treat well any neighbours, in particular those who are poor and dark complexioned. It's rife.

Going back to Whelan, do you honestly ever think he has discriminated against the non-English in his professional career? I doubt it.
Sticks and stones. Don't like him mind, sick of seeing his initials everywhere. But give the old man a break. Has Operation Yewtree quietened down? Keep setting him up for a fall.

England is the least racist place I know.
It's pathetic, see them in their own back yards and they treat less-privileged neighbours terribly.
He should just say nothing, maybe it's his age.
Exactly, he should keep his mouth shut like like others who know that if you say anything about people of other nations or immigration, they are regarded as racist.
As for England being the less racist place, you must be joking!
Whelan has only shown a example of many English think of others, including other parts of the so called UNITED Kingdom.

Exactly.
Imagine, somebody goes online or outside to do some 'real' shopping and buys a copy of Love Thy Neighbour (for example).
They get home and are appalled by what they see/hear.
Are they then within their rights regarding laws on anti-victimisation, to complain to the police?
What happens then, a flurry of arrest warrants for the head of the BBC at the time, director, producer, writer, offending cast?

WW - you ok?
Any facts/real life examples to back up your opinions?
I'm struggling trying to think of a less racist place than England.
Maybe China, India, Russia, America, Australia, Scotland, France, Spain, Wales even?
