:( Only have one mate !
Only need one, people just won't stand for this rubbish, on the field, in the press, we've paid good money to watch the best (Rmember the song?)

This rising tide of discontent will continue untill something positive is done !!

On a positive note!
Admit the team does need strengthing - but there is noarguement about the spirit and will to win that the team plays wit.

No Faz - We had no Faz anyway because he's been injured all season and if we ever get paid the sums of money being talked about it could be the best bit of biz in years

What has Latics promotion and crowd size to do wit WRL.?

DW is an ex pro soccer player he's not suddenly gone soccer mad - so what's the problem?

Going to Leigh is pure wnac speculation

We're in the top 6 for the mo !! How the hell is this fighting relegation??

Please find your gun! :(
I must say this post is most un-dod-like!! Just when I thought you were shaping up too!!

jj Good to talk about RL again after last night's high jinks. Not laughed so much in ages - and woke the wife up laughing.(I was trying to stifle it - she thought I was choking - I started laughing again)

I can be as critical as the next about stuff at Wigan at present - but you can't say that the team lacks guts.

Latics get decent crowds and a RL fan starts
moaning? :eh:

The real problem at Wigan is not lack of effort but lack of ability/talent. Starts at the top with Mo and goes thru the club to Betts and the team.

I'm positive the're al trying - just aint good enough! :(

No, we haven't paid to watch "the best", we've paid to watch Wigan play the best they can, there's a difference there. It's impossible for any one team to stay the absolute best in any game, in any league for a number of reasons. I'm not going into any of them because with your last 416 intelligent posts I'm sure you already know them.

I hope you'll be there tomorrow night supporting your team vocally and unconditionally. I don't like to go into my definitions of what a fan is but I don't see vocal support as an "If...then" condition (oh my gawd I've been doing too much coursework) I believe that the team benefits from the crowd, the players themselves have said this, so going quiet when we go behind is not the answer to getting higher confidence in the lads. Going behind is a bad enough loss of confidence without losing the so called fans support.

See you all there, get behind the lads and stay the full 80 please!

 Then you are not the person i thought you where. I thought we all wanted Wigan to be the best !
At the moment we are not competing with the top teams, and IMO will finish outside the top 6, now that is a statement I never thought I would write.

We are in our current position through rank bad management over the last 5 years, there's no hiding the fact that Doris has now lost the ability to sign the top players, as he once did, our standard of coaching has fallen year on year, young players have been allowed to leave, to make way for Doris's poor signings, poor tactics have contributed to all of our defeats this season.

Of course I want to watch the best, but what we currently have is a 2nd rate bunch of aging pros, suplemented by some good kids, but also some very average kids.

I had to get that off my chest, but i'm still not happy, as are most of the people I work and socialise with.
