Matty Smith dropped that ball and no one else. It was his lack of intelligence and awareness. I am almost certain that the Leeds players are more alert to the offload because it is coached and promoted into their game.
We very rarely make breaks and half breaks in the middle of the park from offloads and pivots backing up. A key ingredient missing.
One could say Wane is basing his forwards back on the style he used to play or wanted to play when he was younger.
A lot of our breaks come out wide via centres and 2nd roweres.
