Josie, we keep failing; we need to learn and that means people being held accountable. Not fall guys simply reality. We played very poorly in the GF v a team who were shattered but incredibly gutsy.

Leading by example has never really been leading at all. If the younger players are looking for direction and leadership on the field the fact Lockers runs himself into the ground doesn't provide what is required.

When things are going well there is no need to be vocal or to start dictating or directing more often and more forcefully but when we have looked clueless this season no one (not just Lockers) has taken the mantle and changed things on the pitch. Lockers has missed quite a few games and so the other senior players are just as guilty as him.

Hindsight is priceless.

I think at times people just find fault, to some on here we've been too expansive with "waneball" and shift plays in our half and when we show some conservatism they get fingers pointed too.

15 minutes to go we take the 2 to create a 4 point lead? Against a team known for scoring at the last minute and also one who is very good at penalties/conversions...

Not the player he was but also that decision did not cost us the game. Their last try did (was a bad one to concede) and the last 15 minutes where no one apart from Faz and Bowen looked like creating anything.

Gildart out of position and caught in no mans land was one of the main reasons for the last try. Hasn't been picked up by many on here.

The decision changed the game but didn't really change it enough. Going for the 6, going for a repeated set, pinning Leeds down would have allowed the potential to get back into the arm wrestle, put them under pressure, pin them down and force the error.

I agree on both. People are blaming a lot of things but we were not good enough on the day. We played well for 15 minutes and Leeds could not live with us.
