Car park pass renewal seems odd.

Online it offered me 1 & 4. Not 3 behind the east stand where I have had a ticket for years.

Download the PDF form to send in and it says you can renew a pass for car park three if you had one before. So if you never had one for that car park you seemingly can't get one.

I rang up and asked about it and was asked the question had I had one before. Yes, says I - so I could have one again. Proof? Just me saying I had one previously.

Me too ????????
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

My renewal pack arrived yesterday as well - admin at the club is hopeless - they send out the renewal info which arrives on the 7th and tell you you can have £5 off the ticket price for the game against NZ in London provided you get it before the 5th - class! :eusa17:

Knew about the discount from elsewhere but that's not the point

Their computer will be programmed well in advance to produce renewal packs for thousands of ST Holders. It is undoubtedly cheaper to let them go out en masse than to have a member of staff physically rummage through them all to retrieve the odd one for each person who has renewed prior to posting!

That's very true but seeing as they have got all year to do the prep work it would make more sense all round if they sent renewal notices and what have you out around the time of the last match in any season. They might as well save the paper & p&p as send them out as late as they do
