the person at fault.
These are two reasons not to trust people.
1. We don't know them.
2. We do know them.

He is a very very lazy player, I watched him tonight with great interest obviously, a lot of the things he does is second man. Weather it's in collision or in attack where he will give a simple pass to the next man rather than trundle it in.

All in all he was garbage tonight, and in fairness garbage all season. Such a lazy player, when Bretherton came on he was much more busy, put some good hits in one on one and put in some good trundle too.

Sutton again was our best forward. With Crosby in second, the rest of the pack bar Bretherton were average at best.

Smith was my MOM controlled it very well with Williams putting good kicks in behind for two try's.

Bateman needs to be punished/fined then back playing again. Unless the big clique at Wigan (which there clearly is) won't let him by refusing to accept him back into the squad.
I thought Flower was good too. And I know the bar isn't high, but it was as good as Joel has been this season.

Halves played well but I think they didn't put enough pressure on the young winger and fullback that came on for a bit.

No idea why T was brought on again in the last 15. He isn't a 'closer'. He put them right back in the game with penalty and error.

Wish FM had said that Mossop was having a good game, then he went and knocked on for Salford to score late on.
Late errors by TT and Mossop nearly cost us the game.

Disagree we had 16 players for 70 mins of the game according to wish fm, its a cracking win against a team in form at their ground. As for Bateman if all is true, this is Wigan rugby league club not Bradford working mons shitouse academy he'll be sent on his merry way and rightly so, Wigan have standards I don't give a shit how good he's been he's not irreplaceable by no means.

Looks like Mossop has now replaced Joel as the latest for the treatment.

I didn't listen to Wish Fm. Burke failed a concussion test and didn't return, Powell was also hurt in the same play and returned 15 mins later, but we were more than capable with the players we had out there to finish the game by 60 minutes.

Mossop is lazy it's as simple as that, and I said in a previous post that the Devils advocates will be posting, and here is the first one, Bateman has made a mistake it's as simple as that, I can count at least 10 players we have stuck with that have made similar/worse mistakes, one currently on his second spell with the club.

Hanging him out to dry is as bad as the clique we have got going on at this club at present. Everyone needs to stick together as let's face it nobody knows the truth as to what has gone on, it's all hearsay.

Until, possibly, the Police announce a criminal act has taken place and they will go to the CPS intending to prosecute ?

No doubt this matter is still proceeding, so serious may be the issue. As for the 10 other Wigan players who've made "similar/worse" mistakes, how many of them were of a (possible) criminal nature ?

How do you know these others made the same mistake if you don't know what JB's mistake was?

At this stage we can only know for certain from the way the disciplinary procedure is being conducted is:
1) The offence must be POTENTIALLY gross misconduct
2) Whatever penalty is ultimately applied, there has to be an appeal procedure, so any public statement by the club will depend on that procedure being exhausted.

Other than that we can only speculate.

With regards to the alleged victim of the alleged assault, the fact that he has not been suspended and played last night implies he has no case to answer.

That being the case Mossop should not be the subject of ill-informed sniping on here.

Oh FFS get over yourself will you??!!

Since when did you think Mossop last played so impressively well for us you though "wow he deserves his man of the match"?

He and Joel have robbed a living since coming back "home" with their tails between their over-rated legs.

Excuses (and that is what they are) have been given for Joel (injuries). What is the excuse for Lee Mossop not pulling his tripe out in games?

On a more personal level. Gelling has cut his errors right down so looks a reasonable centre. I have never really trashed him. As for Sarginson. The guy tries but is so damned poor it amazes me people think he has quality, will not miss him when he goes. Who else do you think has gotten unfair criticism? Smith? you seriously think he has been outstanding for us? Decent kicking game apart his defence stinks, has no pace and he cannot pass either so not bad for a half back!

Mossop didn't have a good game. He was OK in his first spell. Not up to much in his last spell. That was clear to me. 5 missed tackles, 1 error that contributed to them having ball in position to score late on. 2 penalties and it could have been more because he went high a lot.

Regardless of if people think he's been poor or not since coming back, or that there's some sort of witch hunt against him by fans, objectively, he didn't have a good game last night.
