Clubb deserves our prayers and sympathy at this stage. Here's hoping he makes a full recovery, for his future life.

Warriors Sign Navarrete
Wigan Warriors confirm the signing of French forward Romain Navarrete
22-year-old Catalans forward to join Wigan on two-year contract
Romain signs after fine debut Super League season highlighted by selection in the France squad
In the run up to the 2016 First Utility Super League Grand Final, Wigan Warriors announce the signing of explosive French forward, Romain Navarrete on a two-year contract.
22-year-old Navarrete, who will join Wigan ahead of the 2017 season, made his Super League debut for Catalans in 2016 playing in 11 games in total. Formerly of Pia, Limoux and Hemel Stags, Navarrete finished off an excellent debut Super League season recently with selection into the France squad for the international against England in Avignon in October.
Chairman, Ian Lenagan, commented:
“We have a strategy at Wigan to monitor young players and athletes from all corners of the game for exceptional potential and to bring in one or two each year to flourish and improve significantly here at Wigan. Recent examples include Dan Sarginson, Ben Flower, Anthony Gelling and John Bateman who were recruited to Wigan as young, inexperienced players and have developed into top quality international-standard players during their time at the Club.
“We believe that Romain has the potential to do the same and to become an exceptional First Team player for Wigan.”
Head Coach, Shaun Wane, said:
“We’re very excited by what we’ve already seen of Romain. He runs the ball hard and is exactly the type of player that I like to have in our front row. He’s a robust Prop Forward and has shown a lot of maturity in his performances during this season for the Catalans, including his recent game against Wigan at the DW Stadium.”
Romain Navarrete said:
“I’m very happy to have signed for Wigan Warriors. As soon I knew that Wigan were interested, they were the only team that I wanted to sign for. To me, Wigan is the biggest Club in Rugby League and it will be an honour to pull on the famous Cherry-and-White jersey next year. I look forward to working with Shaun Wane and the players at Wigan.”

Think we need to get rid of 2 or 3 to be honest. Mossop should go and i think Bretherton will go out on loan for the season to get some experience.
not sure who else I would show the door to
Clubb if he's as bad as is rumoured. So sad if that happens.
His first op didn't work so he has to have a bone graft from his hip in another operation.
I really feel for the guy. I've had a bone grafts on my spine & it didn't work, they won't touch my spine again!
Ouch :conf:
Awful for TC if it doesn't work. Of course, I wish him well and good health. Most important thing in life.

Not necessarily. We don't know what the injury situations are with Clubb and Mossop. Certainly none of the academy props are ready to step up yet.

Love those 'biggest club in Rugby League' quotes that get crafted into every signings first press release

Well I can't be as cringeworthy as the press release when saints signed Luke Douglas
I am told Saints have the best fans in the game
Don't know who told him that but I would see if he can make a compensation claim when he finds out that is bullshit

They only have to ask Burns, or even Walsh. Matty Dawson was driven out by their fans and so never gained any confidence as a result.

I expect things will become clearer on the prop situation in the next three or four weeks.
