How poor our attack has been all season our defence is the opposite. Best defence in the SL era. As you say flower was a no brainer to play.
How much of a gamble Lockers was is debatable as Shorrocks got exposed last week a bit by Hull.

Our defence is NRL level. We get an attack to match we could dominate SL for a few years.
He is also signing well in my opinion
This is a really interesting quote just seen the game again and ISA in defence was devastating at times. Whilst not the most celebrated player to come in the last 5 years certainly the cleverest piece of business. And that was something I scratched my head on but now it looks like a good signing a bit like the Carmont one.
