Re: Again, Judge me at the end of the season
Ive just read somewhere that wane says if he has too make changes and bring players in, he will..... mmmmmm so much for him saying the quality of our players is enough
IF YOU STRIKE ME DOWN I WILL BECOME MORE POWERFUL THAN YOU CAN POSSIBLY IMAGINE
Re: Again, Judge me at the end of the season
we need a leader/organiser for when lockers isnt on the pitch. like him or not we missed smith this season (even his average goal kicking) i'm not suggesting hes brilliant more he gave us something we are missing.
These are two reasons not to trust people.
1. We don't know them.
2. We do know them.

Don't think he will. He won't want to spend any money from his pension fund.ddtftf wrote:Ian Lennagan will have no option soon as the crowds start to go down, if the club wants to sell season tickets then they have to make a coaching decision soon to keep revenue coming in. mmmmmmmm![]()

Re: Again, Judge me at the end of the season
Ok I will judge him.
He hasn't been a bad coach, he undoubtably has passion for the club and his methods worked at first.
However, the game has moved on and he hasn't been able to move on with it.
He looks second rate now compared to a number of other coaches.
If he remains in post I just cannot see us
a. Winning anything
b. Providing any form of entertainment for the paying fans
I don't dislike Wane but sadly the truth hurts.

Wintergreen has it right.
We need:
- professional medical support; and
- a coach with recent NRL experience.
Get those and I could live with the squad not being over hauled.
Announcing a new coach would give season ticket sales enough of a boost to pay for Wane's severance package.
He has been a great servant to the club but has to go now.

Agree. No changes to players until new coach appointed with total authority over recruitment and who goes. Hasler or Madge are now old school An ambitious asst Aussie coach preferable respected by his peers. Wishful thinking alas!
