:) The Wire did you a "BIG" favour over the weekend, the ball is now in your court. Larndan v shudders will be a tough match, the cockneys are cack at home and shudders are fighting to pull away from the relegation zone, close game but i think that shudders will edge it.
As for your good-selves, looks like you could be getting a few of your injured players back, if you do i foresee a walk in the park @ 42 - 18. I still think that you are in a somewhat false position in the league and that we will see Wigan in the play-offs, where the Wire will gain revenge in another close game. "TRUST ME"!
I dont see who we are in a false position, we beat your good selves in one of the hardest games I've seen this year. We were back to our crappy best last friday though, but how many teams have beat Saints, well we have but you havent. We may scrape into the top 6 and actually make something from this season, chances are we would aply your lot if we did, and it would be a good game, both games so far this year have been pretty close encounters, lets hope we get the chance to get it on again eh.

 As i said, i feel that you are in a false position in the league at this moment in time, mainly due to your horrendous injury list, but also possibly because of players jumping ship to seek fame and fortune in other fields and players wrapping themselves in cotton wool until contracts in other hemispheres have been signed and sealed. (Mentioning no names in both respects)!
In fact you have done well to even be in with a shout of the top Six after all the problems you have had to deal with this season.I have no doubt that we will see you in the play-offs where we could possibly lock horns again!
"May the best Wire, whoops, i mean Team win!

I thought you meant we are higher than we should be in the league, my bad. Yeah we have had a crappy season so far, but we have improved a little over the last month and recruited well for next year, add to that Hock and O'loughlin coming back, and it looks like we have a decent sqaud on paper who will give anyone a game, treasure your tag as a top 3 team while you can my old mucker, for next year it will be ours again :sly:

:) The Wire havnt sat back and just let everybody else recruit you know, there are (for once), a number of world class players on their way over to the H.J. Next year(and more to be announced, keep your eye on the press over the coming weeks), all thanks to us being on the maximum salary cap for the first time and the investment of an old friend of mine, Mr Moran. From the top to the bottom, WWRLFC is being run, not just professionally but sensibly by a very inteligent businessman, (something that has not happened in years gone by).
Mark my words, next season the Wire will be opening a few eyes throughout the world of Rugby League. Last year i predicted that we would surprise a few people this season and we have surpassed even my expectations up to now.
I would advise any Saints players that have a couple of quid burning a hole in their pockets, to place it on the Wire next year! Thats not to say that we cant do it this year, nobody knows better than Wigan that anything can happen in play-off football!

Yeah next season should on paper be a dam good season, Saints have a good sqaud already as do the Wire, and both have added a Kiwi international prop to their squad, and you have o'sullivan coming over whos a very good player indeed.
Wigan have brought in 5 players so far, and the return of Hock and Lockers will see as up there again, Leeds and Bradford are both losing alot of good players, and upto now havent recruited to any great degree, looks like next year could be an all Lancashire/Cheshire affair, ah and the scousers of course. Oh yeah Hull aswel, but they seem to be the steady Eddies of the top 5 rather than genuine challengers every year.
