Unless we get taken over by a multi millionaire with cash to burn i cant see any chance of us getting our own stadium. A small stadium around the 10000 capacity would cost ~£15 million

Exactly, Would imagine it would cost less than that to convert it to SL standard seeing as we already own the ground and there's already a pitch on it, It wouldn't be as big and jazzy as the DW but it wouldn't be half empty, The trophy cabinet would be well stocked and the club would receive all the game profits, Also many fans that have stayed away form the DW might return, Whether it would be feasible is another matter

Are we talking robing park arena? - if so im guess the big problem there is the running track you cant simply move the stands closer to the pitch
