Recruitment.
Re: Recruitment.
Atonia, 17 and half stone, 6 foot 3. Hard running ball carrying forward. Sounds ideal, lot of interest in nrl. Off contract end 2021
Re: Recruitment.
Is this inside information from the club or information from another warriors forum? Just wondering if your top inside source has heard anything?Dan2266 wrote: ↑Tue Jul 06, 2021 8:26 amRenouf Atoni ...... Anyone know anything about him, we have supposedly offered him a deal.Dan2266 wrote: ↑Mon Jul 05, 2021 3:40 pm "lots going on behind the scenes" apparently, the club are trying to sign forwards and are looking overseas for OOC players.
I've asked again why the players who have signed for 2022 have not been announced and I've also asked why players we have OOC that have signed new contracts have not been announced (bar French). My "source" is as puzzled and perplexed as most of us.
The lack of interaction from the club is frightening. Its almost like they are trying to hide behind the players rallying cries on social media and are hoping once we win a couple of games the disgruntlement from the fans will die down.
Re: Recruitment.
I seen it on twitter, and have never heard of him, I've heard noting from the club for a while apart from vague updates. I've spoken to someone very well known in rugby league but not connected to Wigan recently and they cant understand our recruitment strategy.w.thomas wrote: ↑Tue Jul 06, 2021 9:50 amIs this inside information from the club or information from another warriors forum? Mason had agreed terms, must be the club stalling with this chase of Atoni taking priority.

Re: Recruitment.
Heard a murmur from director at Salford that Ian Watson may well be at Wigan next year. By the account given he is set to leave Huddersfield early

Re: Recruitment.
I’d take Watson!
