I thought that we would have been resting some forwards for the cup semi this week, especially with the Easter period just behind us.

I'd be up for resting the likes of Bryne and Smithies who have played a lot so far this season. The back need minutes together on the pitch

Think Smithies has been very good this season definitely stepped up. Byrne as well looks like the real deal just needs to work on his yardage. Good thing is they look like they want to be here which is a must for me.

Halsall on the bench is an interesting one.
Could we see him come onto the wing at some point with Cade moving to 9 and French at 6.

Yeah that's what I thought. Maybe one eye on having an extra dimension next week
