Trains are definitely running but after my experience of them, when going to the Tyson Fury fight recently, I’ll be getting the coach. Loads of cancellations and delays due to staffing shortages.

It's a PITA really, I am planning to go to London on the Monday night, for a gig. But two trips to London in three days isn't cheap, and neither is staying in London for the weekend. Decisions...

Thinking about it, the coach is probably a good shout. At least it'd be reliable. I was thinking 50 quid was a bit steep, but I suppose if a coach to Huddersfield costs you 12 quid say, well London is about four times as far, so I guess it's about right.

I’m going to see how much the coach prices are when Grayway and one or two others release details tomorrow. The £50 does seem slightly excessive but more of an issue for me is the time the club coaches are leaving. They leave at 7.30am I believe but the Leigh vs Fev game is on at midday and it’ll be touch and go if you get there for that kick off. Many won’t be bothered but it should be a good game that.

We shall drive most of the way then train the last bit. East mids trains v expensive and don't want to rely on train all the way back! Harpenden or Luton Airport Parkway likely our parking up spot.
