"Shall be" or "should be"?...two completely different teams!
"Shall be", as in who Noble will pick? Several who have not earned a place, either on current form or ability. Others who are only in by default, because of our limited choices in those positions, or through injury.

hmmmm it does. maybe we have better than wellens (apart form radz) whop can palay that postition better than wellens but havent been given the chance
