There's a massive difference between being big/small & playing big/small. I think that gets lost in purely looking at measurements.Charriots Offiah wrote: ↑Thu Jul 14, 2022 8:32 pmInterestingly, all our props are bigger apart from Partington.

Re: Luke Thompson
I am not sure how you determine whether somebody is big or small without looking at their height and weight. Playing big or small applies to all players not only props, but indirectly your point is what I was referring too.wgwr1999 wrote: ↑Thu Jul 14, 2022 11:33 pmThere's a massive difference between being big/small & playing big/small. I’m referring to what Thompson has in whole, not just his sizeCharriots Offiah wrote: ↑Fri Jul 15, 2022 1:50 amI am not sure how you determine whether somebody is big or small without looking at their height and weight. Interestingly, all our props are bigger apart from Partington.
Re: Luke Thompson
I did tell everyone he was Wigan's main target for 2023 on a thread round about the time Wane was announced.
Not sure if this is still the case or how realistic it is.

I remember
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

Re: Luke Thompson
I don't think Wigan will be signing Thompson, we have filled that gap by recruiting Cooper.

Re: Luke Thompson
But you can’t get a player in the squad if you can’t get him under the cap. Otherwise, I think that is likely.
