ok it turns out this needs to be done in play store rather than in the superleague+ app or site.
Would be better if they pointed that out in the cancel subscription bit.

google play store, where you download apps if on android, i know nothing about Apple so cant help there

If you've got a Firestick, you can add the Super League + app.
Sign in and watch the free content, buy match/monthly/annual passes etc.

Thanks for this, no firestick though.
Something else thats a bit confusing with the app, i wanted to just buy the one game (good friday), it wouldnt let me do that, had to buy a month, but then the time before i could do that, all very odd
